1. What African Post GH is
African Post GH is a marketplace that connects people who need to send parcels across Ghana ("senders") with people and businesses travelling those routes ("transporters"). We provide the platform; the delivery agreement is directly between the sender and the transporter.
The platform is operated by Caisse Continentale Afrique, a French non-profit association (association loi 1901), registered office 18 Rue Victor Hugo, 45120 Châlette-sur-Loing, France (SIREN 848 676 136). It is free and non-profit — African Post GH is not a carrier, takes no commission and holds no funds.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.
3. Offers, prices and payment
Senders set a maximum price; transporters make offers at or below it. Payment is arranged directly between the parties. African Post GH is not a payment processor and does not hold funds at launch.
4. Conduct
Keep negotiations on the platform until a deal is agreed. Do not share phone numbers in chat before a deal, harass other users, or misrepresent parcels. Prohibited or illegal items may not be sent.
5. Verification & trust
Verification badges reflect documents submitted to us; they are not a guarantee. Always check identity at pickup. Ratings and reports help keep the network safe.
6. Liability
African Post GH is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage or delay of parcels handled by transporters.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
